Grand Wailea Now Selling Private Home Stays With Perks

Maui's Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa has inked a unique agreement to sell private luxury town home vacations in the Ho'olei gated community adjacent to the hotel. The resort will target high-end travelers who want the privacy of a home rental, with the convenience and amenities of a full-service resort. The Grand Wailea and Ho'olei at Wailea are officially a part of the Waldorf-Astoria Collection, which falls under the Hilton banner.

Averaging 3,500 square feet of interior living space, the Ho'olei at Wailea homes are both spacious and uniquely designed. Attached garages, interior elevators, vaulted ceilings and expansive lanai's with sweeping ocean or Wailea Blue Golf Course views are par for the course at each Ho'olei town home. Fully-stocked kitchens feature granite countertops, Sub Zero appliances and Italian cabinetry, while flat screen high-def televisions, BBQs, laundry room and large master bedroom suites offer quite a different experience than a stay in a beach resort. Yet while Ho'olei does have its own dedicated swimming pool complete with grotto, waterfall and children's area, guests have full run of the Grand Wailea's multiple dining options, enormous spa, housekeeping services and fitness center.

A quick search on the Ho'olei's web site revealed average room rates of approximately $1,000 per night.
